Insurance Claims:
At Dallas Roadster, we understand that when you are having your vehicle repaired after a wreck, you want things to go as smoothly as possible. ThatŐs why Dallas Roadster works directly with the insurance company while your vehicle is in for repair, from the first estimate, to the last supplement. By streamlining the process, the repair is easier, and smoother.
Lifetime Warranty:
Dallas Roadster will warranty all repair workmanship for as long as the registered owner owns the vehicle. Any defects in parts and/or materials will be subject to the terms as extended by the appropriate manufacturer and/or vendor. This warranty does not cover the following:
- Any repairs related to rust damage.
- Any repairs in association with or in conjunction to prior non Dallas Roadster repairs.
- Front or rear wheel alignment.
- Any damage due to misuse or abuse by owner.
- Paint chipping/scratches due to dings, rocks, etc.
- Used or salvage parts (30 days). In conjunction to a workmanship warranty, all paint repairs will be warranted in regard to premature fading or clear coat fatigue, for as long as the registered owner owns the vehicle.
Our Facility:
Dallas Roadster has an 8,000 square foot collision center, with 25 work areas available for body repairs. Includes a top of the line Car-O-Liner frame machine with computerized measuring system for frame repairs. Our collision technicians are Car-O-Liner and I-Car certified for lifetime guaranteed collision repairs. Our paint facility includes a 28 foot Accudraft Down Draft paint booth, which bakes on your paint for a factory finish, as well as the capability to custom mix OEM quality paint for a precise paint match.
